FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer tiered pricing based on commitment length: $320/month for a 3-month plan $300/month for a 6-month plan $265/month for a 12-month plan There are no hidden fees — all packages include personalized workouts, nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, and full app access. Students receive 25% off all plans. Just provide proof of enrollment during your consultation, and I’ll apply the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a complimentary consultation over the phone or Facetime. During this call, we’ll pinpoint your exact goals, desired timeline, and lay the foundation for a customized plan. From there, I’ll handcraft a workout routine tailored to your schedule, fitness level, and goals. You’ll gain full access to the Trainerize app, where you can view your workouts, track progress, log meals, and message me directly. We’ll also dive into nutrition during the consultation, and I’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. Nutrition guidance can be as general or detailed as you need, depending on your preferences and experience level. I never cap my time with clients. I make sure every question is answered, every concern addressed, and every plan adjusted to keep you 100% on track toward your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society—a background that adds structure, organization, and a high standard of professionalism to the way I run my coaching business.
