Following Isaac Fitness has really helped me have direction at the gym. I used to overtrain, and then feel too sore and tired to go back to the gym for days. Following Isaac’s plan has helped me to go to the gym at least three days per week. My strength and endurance are improving, and I am feeling more fit and energized! I am really thankful for Isaac Fitness!
