- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly moderate for high quality work. Each job is unique and will have different pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin by reaching out via message, *****, or phone. Next, we schedule an on-site meeting with one of our project managers—Bill, Ruben, or Kaan—along with the client. This allows us to better understand their vision, take measurements, and provide a more accurate project estimate. Following this, we send an ***** with the pricing details. If the client chooses to move forward, we set a construction start date and proceed with ordering the necessary materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Bill, is a licensed General Contractor. Our team is fully licensed for construction, insured, and bonded. Every two weeks, we hold a group meeting to review our projects, discuss what went well and areas for improvement, and conduct safety recaps to ensure the highest standards on every job.
