Events by Monaique offers three different packages: Full Planning + Design, Partial Planning and Event Styling.
Dreaming of a wedding underneath a beautiful white tent with hanging chandeliers while dancing the night away with 200 of your closest friends and family? What about a beautiful barn with a rustic vintage theme serving your signature drink in mason jars? Or even an small intimate wedding that calls for monogrammed favors for each guest? Any size, any location, and any vision, your day should be and needs to be unique to you!
Events by Monaique offers three different packages:
Full Planning + Design:
From place cards to timelines and everything in between, I'm your gal. Together, we will develop your vision. I will set up meetings with vendors, visit venues until we find the perfect space and make sure your dream day becomes a reality. Let's face it; after months and months of planning, you get to celebrate this special moment in one day, so every moment and every detail needs to be enjoyed (wedding clients: full coverage for rehearsal and wedding day is included).
Partial Planning:
Planning a big event, like a wedding, can be stressful and at times overwhelming. Having a professional to guide you helps alleviate stress and helps your big day run smoothly. This package is perfect for the client who will manage most of their event details, but needs professional guidance and suggestions up until their big day. I will accompany you to a few vendor meetings or site visits (wedding clients: full coverage for rehearsal and wedding day is included).
Event Styling:
This is perfect for the client who has crossed all their T's and dotted their I's, but needs a professional to come in and style their event. After you've planned each detail and secured all your vendors, I will show up the day of your event to set up (and break down) your event decor, making sure your vision comes to life!

Monaique is such a professional and also an
amazing person. If we could give her 10 stars, we absolutely would!
We worked with Monaique to coordinate our wedding on May 7, 2022. Planning before we met Monaique was chaos, but hiring her gave us confidence that our big day would be everything we dreamed about.
She is very responsive, whenever you text or call her, you will get the response really quickly. Even though we thought we had most things planned, and we hired her only two months before our wedding, she provided so many valuable ideas and
helped us with so many things that we did not know we left out. To name a few things we certainly appreciated:
- Make multiple copies of the seating chart so guests know where to go and don't need to all crowd around one sign
- You can always walk slower during your ceremony, and your guests want you to anyway
- We didn't have a garter and she went out of her way to get one for us at the last minute. It was a day we'll remember forever and we're so grateful Monaique helped make it happen!

Monaique was very sweet and helpful. I hired Monaique back in May 2017. I like planning the wedding myself so I hired her as a day-of coordinator.
We live in Hong Kong and our wedding was in Napa. Despite the limited communication over emails, Monaique was able to understand my needs and totally managed the wedding day smoothly. I really appreciated her help!

I was thrilled to be engaged, but the idea of having a wedding was terrifying. I was clueless as to what I wanted or where to even start, it was very overwhelming. Events by Monaique was recommended to me by a close friend. I decided to call and immediately fell in love with Monaique. She listened to what I had to say and based on my fragmented ideas she presented a few visions of weddings for me to choose from. The entire process was made easy by Monaique and before I knew it I was having a blast having her by my side while planning the wedding. The wedding day went without a hitch. Every single detail was taken care of by Monaique. I felt as though I was a guest having a blast at my own wedding. I had no worries but to just enjoy my new husband and my loved ones on the most important day of my life. Monaique took care of it all. Not only is she an amazing wedding/event planner, she brings a positive energy that gets everyone enthusiastic and excited about the process. I highly recommend her for anyone who is planning a wedding or an event.

About a week before my wedding I decided to put a last minute request out on Thumbtack for a day-of coordinator. I was uber stressed and felt a bit in over my head at this point because even as organized and detailed of a person I am (which I am).. my venue coordinator wasn't reading the details/instructions I had already provided them with etc. Anywho! In comes Monaique! She responds within 15 minutes of my posting along with a variety of others but she has great reviews. Next thing you know I am in the car running errands and decide she is the one - we call, chat, we meet the very same day! I handed over all of my info, she read through, contacted my other vendors to introduce herself and expertly executed my vision on the day-of! If you need someone - this is your gal. She is a genuinely good-hearted person who is willing to help as much or as little as needed! Very professional, very easygoing and she knows what she's doing!
Would definitely hire again for events in the future!

Monaique was incredible, professional, sweet and made all the difference on our special day. She was on time when we first met, helped us with our day of timeline, contacted our vendors, and then followed through on the day working 14 hours and including personal touches like a survival kit on the wedding day and macaroons when we first met. She handled the day with poise and when issues came up while a bit nervous she made everything work to the best of her ability. I am a type A personality and was nervous to hire anyone other than myself as a day of coordinator but Monaique exceeded my expectations and I would recommend her to ANYONE getting married or having an event. She is a GEM!
