We loved working with Ortiz Pestcontrol! They did a great job of identifying points of entry, trapping and disposal, and cleaning up. The staff is professional and friendly, they are flexible and will work around your schedule and the price was very reasonable.

We can't say enough about Jennifer from Ortiz PestControl. A visit was promptly scheduled after contacting them, and Jennifer came out and amazed us with her thorough inspection of the inside and outside of our residence. She found openings that other companies did not find (we are having a rat problem inside our walls). She came on Labor Day and began the extermination process of inserting mesh and repairing the stucco. We are still in the process and are overly pleased with their service. I forgot to mention, their price for the service they are providing is also than pleasing. Thank you, Ortiz!

Had a rat inside house. Ortiz came right out. We had trapped it and got rid of it right before Ortiz came out. Ortiz checked to see if there were any openings for the rodent to get in the house.

The feedback from previous customers has told us that we have good pricing for the amount and quality of work we provide. We try and give the best price possible so that our customers are happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting up a free inspection. Once scheduled one of our technicians will come out to do a full inspection and provide you with an estimate for the work needed to resolve your pest problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed company by the structural pest control board of California. We also have a certificate from the New York Rodent Academy. We make sure we know as much as we can about what we do and stay on top of changes.
