Hired to paint a portion of the fascia to my house. Work was fine, time to complete was fine . My one star has to do with his transparency as it relates to pricing. Day rates are clear , but when it comes to buying supplies definitely question what and how much Ramiro is buying. I felt cheated as I was never consulted when he increased the amount of paint needed and discussed for my job. In my opinion it appears that Ramiro used my job to stock up on some of his supplies. Unfortunate
