Jammed Plumbing and Roofing We do offer veterans and first responders with a 5 percent discount.( proof can be shown on site and automatically applied to the job)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally the first step is contacting the owner and listening to the problem wether plumbing or roofing related. Second step would be a free on site estimate to check out the issue and provide a solution and quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation plumber/Roofer. My experience in plumbing comes from 4 years of service calls, before going to rough residential and commercial plumbing for 4 more years to learn plumbing systems and perfect my craft from the ground up, and have been plumbing for over 15 years now. Thank you to all those customers who have given me the opportunity to be their plumber and roofer.
