- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jammed plumbing doesn’t charge to come out and provide a free on site estimate, and it also prevents miscommunication. We do offer veterans and first responders with a 5 percent discount.( proof can be shown on site and automatically applied to the job)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation plumber. My experience in plumbing comes from 4 years of service calls, before going to rough residential and commercial plumbing for 4 more years to learn plumbing systems and perfect my craft from the ground up, and have been plumbing for over 12 years now. Thank you to all those customers who have given me the opportunity to be their plumber!
