Excellent service. My broken sewer pipe was fixed the same day, Jaime and Chris dug a 3-4 foot trench replaced an old ceramic pipe with new PVC. Reasonable price day before Thanksgiving!

Edgar was very quick to respond to my after hours request and was able to come out early the next morning. He and his colleague were very professional, identified the issue and resolved it quickly.
He was respectful and fair, both when we spoke on the phone and when he arrived on site, and tempered my anxiety about my flooded sinks.
He made some suggestions for future work and I’ll definitely be using LA DRAIN EXPERTS in the future! He even took a look at my water heater as a favor and gave me some advice there.

They squeezed me in between appointments on a rush basis. Literally within an hour of speaking with them. They assessed the situation and recommended a wait and see approach as to locating the source of the leak until the next rainstorm. They refused any payment for their service call and said contact them in the next rain storm so they can assess the leak in real-time. I was very impressed with them. Highly recommend!
