We had a cracked toilet that needed to be replaced. Mario answered the call and was very professional throughout the process. He came on time, explained everything and answered all the questions I had. He even gave me tips on maintenance. He was very professional, easy to talk to, like talking to an old friend, very honest and detail oriented. Left the area cleaner than he found it. (He even put on shoe covers when entering the house!) It was a wonderful experience. He will be the first one I call for any future plumbing work. Thanks again Chief!
