Jose responded to my request quickly and showed up at my house shortly after. Gave me a free and fair estimate to repair a pipe under my house and he had it fixed the very next morning. He was also kind enough to answer questions I had about other plumbing projects I was considering in the future. Would absolutely be my first call next time I have anything plumbing related to be done.

I needed a new tankless water heater which stopped working today I called J.R Rooter and Plumbing and they responded within 30 minutes and had Richard come out within an hour to diagnose the issue . As it turned out I needed a new unit. He made some calls and was able to get a new unit with an hour and came back and replaced it the same day . He and his team were professional, neat and did excellent work. Amazingly we had hot water and a new unit the same day as we had the issue. We have found our new plumbers

Jose was on time, very friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done. I didnt have a big job for him, but he is still willing to do it. I feel like he treated the small job as important as big job. he also gave some nice advice for the things that I never cared. I will definitely recommend him for any plumbing related jobs.
