- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each pool, spa and fountain is different and therefore our pricing ranges based on the needs of your individual pool, spa and/or fountain. We customize each quote based on your needs so you get the quality care you deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we offer free estimates and like to meet with the customer in person to discuss their individual pool and spa needs. Not every pool is the same, so the cleaning they require may be different to keep it healthy and clear. We also like to answer any questions and concerns the customer may have and let them get to know us a little better. We have great working relationships with all our clients which helps us stand out from the competition, because you are more than just a pool added to our route, you are part of the Cannonball Pools family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and have added the required classes to become licensed through the California State Health Department. Our technicians also go above and beyond by attending workshops, conferences, seminars and other classes to keep them up-to-date on the latest products and services in our industry so we can best service our clients.
