We provide clear, upfront estimates after reviewing the site. There are no hidden fees, and all pricing includes proper cleanup and debris removal. Discounts may be available when multiple services or projects are bundled together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone call to learn more about your needs and answer any initial questions. If preferred, we also offer phone or video consultations to review the project before an on-site visit. When needed, we follow up with an in-person evaluation to properly assess the trees, access, and safety requirements. After that, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job and complete the work efficiently, safely, and with full cleanup so your property is left clean and taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background includes over 10 years of hands-on experience in professional tree care, and we operate as a licensed tree service company. Through on-the-job training and ongoing field experience, our team has developed skills in safe rigging techniques, proper pruning methods, and the use of professional-grade equipment to complete work safely and correctly.
