I offer both online nutrition coaching and in person coaching sessions to local residents. For anyone looking for in person training sessions or in person nutrition coaching, my partner and I own a fitness studio in Palm Desert CA. In person check in's will include a full body composition weigh in!
I also offer online coaching to everyone!! You will have your own app to see your customized work out plans, nutrition plans, and daily habit reminders. I will also send you monthly recipe packs for meal and preparation ideas. Macro guides and macro meal plans are also available by request! I will teach you how to macro count and meal prep. Every plan is specifically tailored to your needs and goals!
I don't believe in yoyo dieting, or fad diets that restrict you from enjoying the foods you love. Ultimately these methods don't work or make you gain back any weight initially lost long term.
I believe in lifestyle and habit change. Consistency and balance are key!
I will work with you every step of the way to help ensure you reach your goals. Online coaching is for anyone looking for freedom to be able to train anywhere! The client app is easy to use and online support is available to you 24/7.
I love helping others reach their goals whether it is weight loss, strength training, lifestyle changes, or anything else! I am passionate about what I do and am confident together we can get you where you want to be.
I have had my own journey and struggles with fitness so I can relate to anyone in the same place. I build relationships with my clients and help hold them accountable with encouragement and motivation.
Sometimes we know exactly what we need to do, but just need a little push from a coach!

I hired Lindsey for nutritional and physical work. I loved that she offered me a free trial. I moved forward with a month of service, then hired her for another three months 😅 I’ve been following her guidance and have lost 12 lbs so far. I’ve done a similar thing before with another professional, but couldn’t keep up now that I’m a mother and life changed so much!
Lindsey is very supportive, knows her job and how to make you achieve the goals. At the same time, she understands that it shouldn’t be a stressful process. She does not put any pressure and doesn’t make me feel guilty when I have a day without following my plan. She always says that I have to be realistic with my routine and needs, and that will help me in the future when the plan is to maintain the weight. I’m happily loosing weight now, without that stress I’ve experienced before.
The work outs are very creative too. I didn’t think I could do so much at home, without equipment. They are also very realistic with my routine as a mother. I will update the review once I achieve my full goal 😉 Thanks Lindsey!!!!

The family based gym is not only accommodating but detailed when it comes to everyday meal plans that are realistic and easy to use throughout a busy work week!
Not only is the meal plan personalized to my own fitness goals but the detailed recipes help me actually put my meals together.
Without their dedication to remind me and keep me motivated to reach my goals, I wouldn’t have been able to make it a habit to eat nutritional food throughout the week!
