But from start to finish, working with LGCY Power has been such a smooth and transparent process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the equipment and installation is done at no NO COST. We simply provide the homeowner with a far cheaper power rate compared to that of their utility company. Our monthly for power is levelized so that there are no surprises, and is significantly less than that of the utility company.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule an in-home or zoom appt to give information
2. Get the Utility bill so that we can assess annual power usage
3. Schedule a 2nd appt to go over how many panels are needed and what the monthly for power will be. If all looks good, we schedule a roof inspection during this appointment to check if the home qualifies for no cost solar
4. We relay the results to the homeowner and give them an install date if all goes well
