- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, we work on a project basis rather than an hourly. Pricing can be done thru a percentage of the total of the job, or by an estimated amount of work we will be devoting to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because design work is very personal to the client's needs, we meet with them to learn about their tastes and preferences and review the project. From there, we develop an outline based on the scope of the project, timing and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in the interior design field for over 20 years. Early projects involved color consulting and decorative painting. More recently our design clients are looking for guidance in remodels, furniture selection and problem solving, all within a specific budget. Working with contractors is another service we have provided for years. Creativity and practicality are the hallmarks of our business when it comes to providing a client with a finished home they absolutely love.
