Ismael (Electronic Tech) was on point with his communication and understanding of my rough description of what was wrong with our TV. I'm in Los Angeles and the TV was local to him, he picked it up as our repair required and by the next day he had it fixed and was readily available to deliver and did so on our schedule. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again should the need for service arise.
