I am a Certified Professional Organizer with 9 years of hands-on experience.
My role as Professional Organizer is to work with you to find your system using a holistic approach to organizing: organizing spaces in the home as well as the organizing of the whole person, taking into account social and behavioral factors.

I will start by saying Kaila is my daughter, and she offered to do some organizing for me for free while she was visiting me this spring. But, I had some really messy areas and I insisted on paying her the normal rate, because I value her time and she deserves to be fully compensated for professional work.Kaila organized my kitchen , my pantry/laundry room, my sewing room, my very large closet, my storage shed, and my hall closet. She worked quickly, and the end result was fantastic.Kaila won't ask you to "get rid of your stuff," instead she asks what your end goal is - do you want this mess sorted and stored? Do you want to organize and display your items attractively? Do you want it sorted by keep versus toss? Sorted by similar items?She even suggests storage solutions and will find them (totes, boxes, storage unit) or build them (bookshelves, cubbies) for you!Daughter or not, I definitely got my money's worth, and have had no problem keeping the areas she decluttered for me neat and organized!

Kaila has helped me and my family through so much! We have used her services since 2021.Kaila helped get my mother in law's house up to par as she was ill and suffering through kidney failure and could no longer keep a house the way she once did.Kaila helped us finish my MILs move after she downsized her home but not her things .She helped us pack up her estate and decide what to keep and what to let go of once my MIL passed, we were in no emotional state to make any choices and Kaila held out hands through it all.Then Kaila helped me and my husband set up our very first house when we were finally able to buy in 2024. She helped us by making easy systems throughout our house so we could actually enjoy and use all our cool stuff! My husband and I both have ADHD so her help really made our house into a usable, easy, healthy home and we are so thankful!She is also very very flexible and able to work on her own which is helpful and necessary as I have a chronic illness and cannot actually work beside her most days she is here.She's trustworthy and so good at what she does, worth every penny and then some! Kaila did a great job for me and was so helpful and efficient! I have a tendency to put random things in boxes - especially when cleaning up for an event or finishing a job. Then those boxes get forgotten. When it came time for me to move I had sooo many of these R.S. boxes (random .... stuff) that needed to be dealt with. I was determined not to pack any randomness when I moved! Kaila helped to make order out of the chaos - sorting (much more quickly than I could, as I seem to need to read everything I touch), shredding, and helping me purge as needed. I highly recommend her. Let her help you out.

Kaila is an unbelievable human being. After interviewing several people, I hired her to help organize and pack through some serious chaos, and she handled it with grace. She was my sidekick during a pretty intense transition with my kids as we moved out on our own. She helped coordinate many helping hands, load and unload, and unpack too.
