- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask customers about their HVAC equipment’s history. Find out if it’s regularly maintained and what issues/repairs it’s had. With just an honest phone call I can give a new costumer a job idea on what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA 608 universal, HVAC college classes and certified to work on Mitsubishi VRF. I also have worked on both service and installation of HVAC systems.
