Job well done. Knows what he is doing. We'd work with appliance installers before who claim to know what they're doing but ends up with a sloppy job and very discourteous. Ronald proved that there are still a few good workers out there who could do a good job and be pleasant. We'll definitely use his services again.

I needed a hole sawed in some wood over a sewer pipe. This job was very small indeed. Ronald sent me a quote that was more than reasonable, in fact the amount he charged probably didn't cover his gas to get here...but he was here within an hour and did an outstanding job. I am going to use him for other projects. He has a great attitude of helpfulness, something you don't find these days. I cannot say enough about him. Highest recommendation to all.

Repaired drywall and floorboards and fixed faulty plumbing valve in bathroom. Also installed mailbox at street. Came on two different days and showed up both times at the agreed on time. Did great work. Highly recommended. Thanks Ron.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and always send a fair price I know the customer does not know the amount Thumbtack charges us to send a quote. I charge $45 an hour so after all the smoke clears i am lucky if I make say $15 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting new customers and trying to make sure we are both on the same page so i can get this job done in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a high school education and I have been in the trades since I was 18 years old and I am now 54 I have been through Cal Osha safety training courses
