STOP LOOKING FOR an event PLANNER YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT ONES ! JESSICA AND HER TEAM were absolutely amazing ! I never felt stressed they took care of all guests with so much love ! Jessica took my theme and just wowed me ! Everything were so cute and on theme . She did absolutely great and everyone kept coming back and complementing all the details . Jessica was so responsive and answered all my questions ! Truly one of the best decisions I made with hiring her and her team . She helped with everything when she said I wouldn’t be stressed she meant it ! I honestly will hire her for my next event !!

We couldn't have asked for anything more but to find Shaped Design to help me with my husband's backyard birthday party. Besides the fact that they delivered more than our vision what left a big mark was the professionalism and the warm attitude. There was so much attention to detail and caring that us and our guests could just keep on coming back to every single placement and being wonderstruck. After a long time we were working with someone who was always on same thoughtfulness level as us and treated this party like theirs and got us the most out of our spent too. Jessica and the Shaped Designs team did an incredible job designing the party, setting it up, being wonderful hosts for us, and ensuring a smooth clean-up for our birthday celebration. Jessica and her staff stopped by a few days ahead to make sure everything was in order with us. Not to mention - we planned this event a week in advance, and Jessica was able to organize this event with ALL of our standards. The personnel was not just nice with the party, but they made us feel like family. We couldn’t ask for more friendly and welcoming hosts. If we have another large celebration where we want to be stress-free, we will have Shaped Designs set everything up again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All packages vary. Our most common question is the balloon garlands. The most cost efficient balloon garland is $360 which is a 12ft garland that includes: 2-3 colors and 1 accent colors, and sizes between 5"-18" balloons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to encourage our new clients to take a look at our social media before sending us a message, to get a photo idea of our previous work! Once, that's glanced over and you have decided to move forward with an inquire ( thank you! ). After inquiry phone consult. If we are a match after the phone consult, we send an estimate to be agreed upon then the invoice. Once a deposit is made a sight visit is scheduled and we are ready to roll!
