Absolutely loved working with Jessica from the get-go, she was always super responsive, professional and creative. From the concept stage (she makes a great mock up) all the way to the set up on day of, I was always impressed with her level of service and dedication. Her pricing is super competitive and she throws in so much extra - she is super generous with her time and effort and her work was top notch. I was super impressed with the end result and it really tied the whole event together, would happily use her again and recommend her in a heartbeat!

Shaped Designs did a fabulous job decorating/props for my son's first rodeo! They did an amazoing ob, and let me tell you i am very hard to please. Lol I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend to anyone.

We had Jessica put together our son’s first birthday and she was nothing short of incredible. It was our first event in our new house and we weren’t quite sure what would be feasible and Jessica was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All packages vary. Our most common question is the balloon garlands. The most cost efficient balloon garland is $360 which is a 12ft garland that includes: 2-3 colors and 1 accent colors, and sizes between 5"-18" balloons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to encourage our new clients to take a look at our social media before sending us a message, to get a photo idea of our previous work! Once, that's glanced over and you have decided to move forward with an inquire ( thank you! ). After inquiry phone consult. If we are a match after the phone consult, we send an estimate to be agreed upon then the invoice. Once a deposit is made a sight visit is scheduled and we are ready to roll!
