I requested a deep cleaning and did not receive it. They underestimated the time it would take to clean my house and the cleaners felt that I rushed them. no way.

They didn't vacuum only swept the floor. And they used a dirty mop. I had to go over my floors afterwards. Did a good job in the bathroom.

I apologize for any misunderstandings. We typically don’t vacuum wood flooring. We use freshly clean mops and a freshly made mop bucket on each house. When you walk on the floor after it’s been mopped, it does create a bit of a mess again. Hopefully we can do a better job for you on our next visit 😊
