Sophia is AMAZING! We were doing a remodel for our business and had a tight timeline. Sophia helped us with the drawings for TI work with the City of Torrance and she was a God send! She contacted the city ahead of time to understand the exact scope of the work that need to be submitted, timelines, fees etc. She came in and spend a great deal of time evaluating our current space to ensure we were able to do the minimal construction for our desired outcome. With all her due diligence our plans were approved on the first go. She followed up throughout our inspections and went above and beyond when we were having trouble with the city to clarify their asks and more. We would definitely recommend Sophia for your architectural needs.
