- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price is 100.00 per appointment then goes up based on the size and condition of your home
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to get the information about your home such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage and if you have carpet or flooring. It helps to get a ballpark cost for your home. Then we discuss scheduling based on what the client prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bought my company route in 1984 and was professionally for three months by the previous owner . I learned all aspects of house cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and pressure washing.
