Wow! Brooke really put me to work in this session. I was very tentative about jumping back in as I’ve taken a long break. I felt I may not be able to keep up, or that I would burn out. Brooke heard my concerns and still structured an entire session that provided some modifications which allowed me to still take a stab at the positions I was insecure about. She is very knowledgeable in her routine and I could tell she had options for anything I wanted to switch up or explore . About 3 years ago I used to be a part of a yoga studio that I attended weekly. Yoga is part of my happiness. Going into this session I was wondering about the value, the quality, and the difference from the studio experience I was used to. However, after my session with Brooke, I don’t know if I’ll go back to a studio (; the one on one is a tremendous value and a level of care I hadn’t gotten before. Brooke is very skilled with her flow, routine, and ability to get me from start to finish in the way that’s best for me specifically. Brooke's the fav, highly recommended (I don’t usually write reviews, haha, but I had to, Brooke’s the best) !
