We hired Adam to draft and design drawings/plans for permitting purposes - conversion of part of a residential property into an attached an ADU as well as a remodeling project. Adam was excellent throughout the entire process - from drafting and designing plans to the issuance of permits. He was professional, reliable, and responsive. Adam delivered a great service for the value. He was the first to respond. I like that. The appointment was set for the same day within a couple of hours. I like that. Very personable. Can I get a better deal? The answer is most likely yes. However, there is no better value to the fast response & willingness to get things done in a timely manner. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process with working with a new client is to meet with them and discuss their needs. Once their needs have been identified then I provided the highest possible quality of work for the client in an efficient and timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University and have 3 years experience working in architecture. I have done work from single family residence to working on affordable housing projects.
