i had Frank come to install my nest thermostat. He was very friendly and took off his shoes upon entering my house. He double checked all my wires to make it's properly set up. His service rates are very reasonable. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

The best of the best. Within seconds of turning on my window AC unit, he knew exactly what was wrong. He then provided options & his recommendation; in which it was most convenient for me, and not at all an attempt at profiting from it. On top of that, he removed my broken window AC unit, and installed my new one on the same day. In addition, the most friendly and professional man you'll ever meet; Frank is thorough and absolutely courteous with one's home. The punctuality of Frank is unmatched; if he says he'll be there at a certain time, he will be there. I would highly recommend Frank over any other service company anytime anywhere; honest, friendly, punctual, professional, and responsive.
