- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my customers need. I try to be fair and flexible and I pay no attention to status location or outside information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask them qualifying questions so I can understand exactly what they need. If a job site visit is necessary before starting the work, I will express that requirement and set up a time that work best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
