I’ve been working in general Construction for over 10 years my main purpose is doing the best on what I do as general contractor. FROM SMALL TO BIG JOBS. I have experienced in rough framing,finished framing, roofing, waterproofing painting, drywall, patching, stucco, concrete, landscaping, residential welding, electrical in general, plumbing in general. Any question you’re free to request a quote, I mainly work with flat rate prices, I can also work hourly rate(sometimes this makes things easier for clients)

I recently hired Misael for some handyman work around my home, specifically to install four wall-mounted hoses just in time for the summer season. What a wonderful experience we have had with Misael. My partner, and I recently moved into a new condo in Beverly Hills, and had a variety of tasks for a handyman/contractor - the tasks varied from simple(installing new toilet seats) to more complex ( designing + configuring a fold down desk for use in a small guest BR - see photo) . Misael delivered on all counts and is unequivocally our new “go to” for any task in our condo, large or small.
