- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FC Rides pricing is based on service type, distance, time, vehicle selection, and timing (peak hours/holidays). Quotes are provided upfront and include applicable fees shown in the estimate. For airport pickups, we track flights and time the pickup accordingly. Discounts may be available for round trips, hourly bookings, and recurring corporate rides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick confirmation of pickup/drop-off details, date/time, passengers, luggage, and any special requests. We then provide a clear quote and confirm the reservation. Before pickup, we send confirmations and driver/vehicle details when available. On the day of service, we arrive on time, communicate clearly, assist with luggage, and complete a smooth drop-off.

Our team is trained in professional chauffeur standards, defensive driving, client privacy, and hospitality-focused service. We focus on punctuality, safe driving practices, and a first-class customer experience.
