We provide transparent, fair pricing tailored to each project’s scope, materials, and complexity. All costs are clearly outlined in a written proposal, with no hidden fees or surprises. We may offer discounts for larger projects or returning clients. Our priority is to maintain trust through honesty, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with clear communication and understanding the client’s project goals. We review the project details, request photos if needed, or schedule an on-site assessment to evaluate the scope of work, when necessary. A detailed written estimate outlining services, materials, and timeline is then provided. Upon approval, a formal service agreement is prepared, and the project is scheduled. We maintain open communication throughout the project and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our masons have completed four years of formal schooling and apprenticeships, earning journeyman certifications in masonry. We stay current with industry standards, building codes, and best practices to ensure every project is completed safely and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
