- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so we provide estimates based on the scope of work before any repairs begin. There are no hidden fees, and we explain all available options so customers can make informed decisions. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship and long-term value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening carefully to the customer’s concerns and scheduling an inspection. After diagnosing the issue, we explain our findings, discuss the available repair options, and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, test the system to ensure everything is working properly, clean the work area, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a California C-36 Plumbing Contractor License and have years of hands-on experience working on residential, commercial, and multi-family plumbing systems. My training includes leak detection, drain cleaning, sewer repairs, water heater installation, fixture replacement, piping systems, and plumbing diagnostics while following California plumbing codes and industry standards.
