I am a legal document assistant, child support specialist, mediator and family rights advocate. I have worked in a variety of legal offices, and I have been on both sides of the courtroom, and I want to help people receive as much information that they would like to learn from the experiences that I have had personally, and I teach people their personal rights. If you are representing yourself (pro per), I cannot give legal advise but can, at your direction, type up legal documents to be filed with the courts. If you have a public defender, I might be able to help you organize your information so he/she can better represent you. Unfortunately, social services and child support along with public defenders are overwhelmed with large amounts of case loads and not every case gets the attention it deserves. It is up to us as American citizens to recognize our rights and learn as much as we can to protect those rights, or they will be used against us.
