- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every event we made we always ask for 50% upfront and the rest at the end of the event. Check is ok. No cash please.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I hear the customer needs. Then we plan a budget accordingly to the occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
