- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that being charged with a crime is stressful enough without having to worry about the costs of hiring an attorney. We offer reasonably priced flat rate retainers based off your specific situation. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE. There are NO hidden fees or costs! Discounted rates available to college students, parents, veterans and members of the military!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is having a FREE consultation to discuss the incident and go over your GOALS and questions with the case. Hiring a criminal defense attorney takes trust and we want to get to know you personally, learn about the incident and understand what you want accomplished. That way we can formulate a strategy to achieve your goals! Call us anytime for a free consultation. You can come sit down with us in our office, or we can meet you in your neck of the woods. Whatever is most convenient for our clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lead Attorney Christopher Miller immersed himself in the study of criminal law while at USC so he could better understand the psychology behind our justice system and those impacted by it. While in law school, he focused his studies on criminal defense and criminal procedure. He obtained awards for his achievements, including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. He also worked with the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office gaining valuable experience and relationships with the courts! Nothing beats experience! We are in court everyday handling cases just like your own. Through our practice and experience we have honed and developed our skills to become effective and premier litigators who achieve RESULTS!
