For over a decade, my approach to healing bodywork has integrated soothing relaxation with targeted deep tissue therapy. Your comfort is my first concern. I will tailor each massage to meet your preferences and needs. So many people come to me who are wound up, stressed out, and out of touch with their bodies. I love helping people drop in to a deep state of relaxation and peace where healing can occur. My massages are nurturing, soothing, and rejuvenating, with pressure and depth tuned your needs. Please get in touch and let me know how I might best be of service. A little more about me: I've been in private practice as a massage therapist for over ten years. In addition to massage and deep tissue therapy, I hold additional certification in Thai massage, yoga instruction, and wellness coaching, as well as a PhD in somatic (mind-body) psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. NOTE: I am fully vaccinated, but happy to wear a mask during our session if that makes you more comfortable.

Had a 60min appointment of drep tissue the only problem wad that it should have been longer! I informed him that i was running a bit late and he was very accommodating and did not cut my time. He used steady deep pressure and it felt amazing. Cant wait to schedule my next session.

Jonathan is hands down one of the best bodywork practitioners and I say it as a fellow certified massage therapist. He spends time in understanding the client's needs and uses pressure with flow & technique to give an outstanding massage. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always check in with new clients about their expectations for the work, including any pain or injury they need addressed, as well as any areas that need extra focus and what level of pressure/depth feels best to them. Everyone is different when it comes to what feels right, and your comfort is my primary concern.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Massage Therapist, a Certified Esalen Massage Therapist, and a Certified Deep Bodywork Practitioner. In addition, I have certifications in Thai massage, yoga Instruction, and holistic wellness coaching. I completed my masters degree in somatics (mind-body healing) in 2014, and am now a doctoral candidate in the same field. I have over six years professional massage therapy experience working with clients in private practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all body types and genders.
