Working with Dan has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and wellness. He is conscientious when addressing any injuries you might have and is super detailed when monitoring your form to ensure you don’t get injured. I have only worked with two trainers, so I don’t have many years or trainers to compare to. But I do know Dan is very good at developing exercises that combine several muscle groups at the same time that are very effective! You’re not just working arms or legs or core; you’re working them all together and you feel it at the end of every session! I feel like my fitness is improving quickly because of that multi-use approach. Dan is also a thoughtful and wonderful person! I enjoy seeing him twice a week!

Dan is incredible. He is easy to communicate with, both in terms of paying and scheduling, but also in terms of actual work outs. He is knowledgeable and the consummate professional. He is kind and fun, but always skillful and experienced. He keeps the work outs varied and changes things up constantly, without being inconsistent. I came to him completely out of shape with a variety of muscle imbalances. Dan understood my body's strengths and weaknesses almost immediately, crafted an individualized plan, and has dramatically changed the way my body feels over the last three months. I refer him to anyone I can because I feel so lucky and blessed to have found him. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. There are a lot of jokers out there who took an online course to be deemed a "personal trainer." Dan is an expert who takes pride in what he does and the services he can provide to clients. Don't miss this gem of a human.

I’ve been working out with dan for over 2 years, I started when I was a few months pregnant with my second baby and our workout throughout my pregnancy really helped me stay in shape and recover quicker afterwards! Now 2 years postpartum I have never felt stronger and more confident. Dan is a great trainer who always pushes you to do more and be better without being too much of a drill sergeant!

    All training packages are handled on a month-to-month basis, no contracts. Session pricing varies based on how many times per week the individual trains.

    At the beginning, we will work to identify your goals and how to achieve these in the smartest/safest manner. Since every client is different, we will work to identify areas in which you are strongest and identify those areas that might be lacking.
