These guys did an amazing job, multiple jobs actually. They installed and/or extended gas lines for my grill, garage dryer, and even a small pool I’m putting in. They installed a whole house water purifier, a water flow safety device that got me money off my insurance… And I’m sure much more that I can’t even remember at all went so fast.

It goes without saying that the team fixed my problem perfectly and set me up for even better plumbing in my future.
I had an emergency plumbing failure, a back-up that was caused by a damaged line to the city. From my initial call to Tina, ON A SUNDAY NIGHT, to my initial assessment with George (about whom I cannot summon enough praise—I consider it an honor to have met him, quite apart from any plumbing problem I may have had). That goes for the rest of his whole staff as well.

We had three different service providers out to our shop to try to figure out a problem we were having, including the original builders. No one could tell us what was happening. Within ten minutes, New Image had it figured out and scheduled a test to be sure. They were on the money and we finally have a solution after months of dealing with this issue. Could not be happier. I'm so glad I found this local company! They were able to come out the same day after I called in a panic since we had no hot water. They replaced an old/dysfunctional water heater with a tankless system the next day. Also noticed some old pipes that were leaking that they repaired. Amazing customer service from the office staff to all of the team- Pierre, Refugio, Pedro and Pedro have all been super nice, trustworthy and do good work. Highly recommend!
