Lance came to our house for an inspection. He was courteous and professional, wore shoe coverings and even replaced our air filter. During the latest heat wave our AC had a problem and leaked thru our closet ceiling, which caused a major hole and the need to shut off AC. Unfortunately, we had to wait 7 days because of so many people needing help. But when Mike and Steve finally arrived they fixed the problem and found that it was something a previous employee had done incorrectly and they fixed and are re- doing drywall to make up for the inconvience. We so appreciate their care and expertise.
