Introduction: I use locally sourced ingredients, to create a seasonally inspired menu that works with your Event. We focus on Weddings, Winery Pick Up Parties, Corporate Lunches/Dinners. No party is too large or small. We do travel. I am versed in many cuisines, and make everything I can from scratch.
As well as a Chef and the owner of a Successful Catering Company I also consult on Boutique Hotels, Bars, and Resturants, Events, Festivals and just about any service or food related business.
It was at a young age I knew that food was to be my calling. I grew our family's produce as a young boy and started working in a fantastic little French Bistro at the age of 16. I still have lots to learn, and I love educating myself with tidbits that I can use in my event production or culinary relationships.
