I am very happy with the work. My kitchen floor looks like new again!. I would (and will) highly recommend this company to others.
Branon and Jamie are very professional. Branon did an excellent job fixing our broken kitchen counter granite and even threw in sealing ALL of our kitchen granite. Next he will fix our floor tile grout. I will give a new review then. Can't wait to see what miracle he performs there.

We bought a house with granite counters that had not been maintained; had water rings, etc. that no amount of OTC or DIY effort helped. The counters were so bad it was embarrassing as they looked filthy--we were considering having to replace them before Brannon Whitaker of Rock Solid buffed and sealed them. The result... counters that, while not like new, are perfectly acceptable and can now be cleaned and actually look clean. Rock Solid was responsive, prompt, neat and tidy, and Brannon was very personable. Cost/value was reasonable as he worked on them for about 6 hours and saved us from having to replace about 100 sf of granite. Would recommend to others and would use again ourselves.

Great service, not a single complaint. Jerry & Jamie were responsive from the beginning and very easy to work with. Branon, who came out to give the estimate & also perform the work, was incredibly thorough in explaining what needed to be done & why. I was grateful for his time & patience working with me. Our shop rate is $75/hr for repairs, we also charge by the square footage
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted preform a on site quote and follow up with an emailed estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of on-site maintenance . I had a great mentor that taught me many tricks throughout the years.
