What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use volume-based pricing, meaning you only pay for the volume of space you fill up in our dump trailer. Our trailer is roughly 14 cubic yards and can hold up to 7,000 lbs of junk.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do offer a 10% referral commission to anyone who refers a friend or family member. We will send you a check to your doorstep for 10% of whatever they spend.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with banks, commercial real estate firms, residential customers, and plenty more.
