Fantastic!!! She tackled our nephew's bedroom (disaster times 10) by dusting, vacuuming, mopping after reorganizing his closet, desk, and book shelves. She hung hooks for hats and cleaned smudges off the wall. Then hit the bathroom to give us clean tub, toilet, and sink. She works hard and is very pleasant to be around. Couldn't recommend her more highly.

By far the best cleaning service I have ever used! Karen does an amazing job and I think she undercharges for the type of service she provides. I have some physical limitations, work full time and have 2 cats and a dog so my house needs to be done weekly. She is great about watching for the animals and they all love her so I was very comfortable having her come while I am at work. You will not find a better, more trustworthy person to help you take care of your home.
I had a big name service for years and they were very expensive, unwilling to customize your service and never seemed to get everything dusted or cleaned well even with a 3 person crew. The first time I had Karen come, I could not believe the difference in the house, it was sparkling. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

Karen was thorough and I was pleased with the results. She even gave me some cleaning tips. She had all of her supplies with her and if she had to move items to clean she made sure they were put back into their place.

I had looked at 4 other cleaning services here on Thumbtack and 2 large "chain" services. I can only say great things about Karen Olsen.
She was the first service to respond almost immediately to my cleaning request on thumbtack. My travel schedule sometimes is a bit overwhelming so I was more than happy when Karen for our first 2 weeks was willing to work through emails with me. When we talked on the phone it was as if I were talking to a freind that I had known for years. Karen then came to my apartment, gave it her walk through and simply put my mind even more at ease, Truth be told, I first worried about having someone in my apartment alone while I wasn't there. Karen had a great way of putting my mind at ease and while going room to room together and her sharing what she would do cleaning wise were the same things that I would do when I cleaned.
We agreed to Karen doing "general" cleaning for me every second week for 4 hours. When I got home after Karen's first day at my apartment.............I was 100% satisfied with what she had done. EVERYTHING was cleaned to perfection and everyroom "smelled" great. Karen left me a note suggesting what she had done and again.......she surpassed all of my expectations. Leaving me the note when I know Karen could have just left without any communication, spoke volumes of her professionalism.
Bottom line, scale of 1 to 10 have to give Karen a 10.
