- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our finished plumbing and electrical prices start out at $99.85 per hour (one hour minimum). After which, the price is reduced to $89.85 per hour (no minimum). All billing will be done in 15-minute increments, so you never have to pay for the full hour, but only for the work performed, unlike some bids. All other maintenance services such as light carpentry, painting, flooring, door, window repair, and drywall services are only at $69.85 per hour (labor only ).

The U.S.A. Maintenance division was created to keep all Universal Staffing Agency tradesmen working in between general building projects and to service our commercial maintenance contracts with a higher level of quality than the average handyman service.
