- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 for a service call. If your system has a refrigeration leak an additional $120 will be added to the service call "IF I CAN'T FIGURE OUT THE ISSUE ALL FEES WILL BE WAIVED"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To prevent scams. I will only do business with new customers in person
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my HVAC course at a community college.
