Hero Pests Control removed a hornet nest quickly and efficiently. Communication with them happened over text (on the weekend!) and were able to provide a quote. They fit us in to avoid the nest from getting larger. Written work order and warranty was provided; no sneaky bait/switch and we paid after work was completed. This company was quick, responsive, professional, punctual, and was a absolute value. I would hire them again.

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the entire team that helped clean out our attic insulation. They did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Because the insulation was so badly contaminated by rodents, we were dealing with strong odors and noises that made our home really uncomfortable. Ever since they finished, the attic is clean, the smells are gone, and the rodent noises have stopped. They did an excellent rodent-proofing job at my home. They initially offered a free inspection, and after explaining everything clearly, they completed the work at a very fair price.
They sealed and blocked all entry points, performed a thorough cleanup, and installed traps where needed. The team was professional, organized, and very attentive throughout the process.
