Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have found that success as a computer repair technician is a balance between great technical skills and knowing how to treat people. Many people tell me "I feel so dumb" when we discuss their problem. I explain to them that I couldn't walk into their workplace and do their job, so there is no reason they should expect to do my job. Helping people. I have an elderly lady (86) that lives in Windsor. I have not billed her for work in several years. She lives on a fixed income, and if I were to bill her, I would be taking food out of her mouth. If I were to not fix her computer when she needs, she would have to hire someone else and pay them. So, I do the work. We've built a great friendship over the years, and I'm glad to know her.
