Travis and Javier at Puddle have rescued us. An absolute pleasure to work with and great work at reasonable prices. Ive had multiple neck surgeries and after a car accident aggravated my conditions I couldnt maintain the hot tub which I needed for therapy. The fountains also benefit from their expertise and hard work. Our yard is so much more enjoyable and a source of joy instead of being a burden. Thanks to you both.

Wow! Puddle Pool Services are amazing! I had an issue (or thought I did) with a new spa tub I recently purchased and to ease my anxiety before going full on with the tub I needed someone with expertise to check if we had issues with a possible airlock in our pump system and check all the jets etc. I called several pool companies on a Thursday evening and Travis was the only one that called me back that night and stated a technician would come the next day after his day was done with everything already scheduled AND touched base with me a couple of times the day of keeping me aprised. Javier was awesome and checked all jets and dials plus went behind the panels to check the pumps. Turns out everything was fine and they didnt charge me. What company does that? Thank you for being prompt with responding to me, thank you for being an honest trustworthy company and not taking advantage of my anxiety and lack of knowledge regarding my swim spa and thank you for sending me a friendly technician that oozed kindness and professionalism. I cant recommend them enough for you pool or spa needs. Cheers!

Travis at Puddle Pool Services not only fixed our 20-yr old hot tub but now service it weekly and keep it in perfect condition. He is easy to work with, very responsive and honest and came to our house at least once or twice before they fixed our tub and didnt even charge me for those trips. Do yourself a favor and hire him for your pool or hot tub maintenance to simplify your life!

Puddle Pools came to my rescue here in Petaluma. I was in desperate need of a reliable, consistent pool cleaning service. I had looked in several others, but Travis was quick to respond, friendly and able to come asses our situation the next day.
