- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide package pricing for events that includes: Day-of Coordinator Goldman Ballroom Tables, chairs, and tablecloths Room setup A/V essentials Event Bartender Catering Kitchen (estimated completion February 2020) Get Ready Room (weddings only) One Night Complimentary in Premium Guest Room (weddings only) Special Access for Wedding Photography (weddings only) Reserved Parking Pass (weddings only) AND Petaluma's Best Wedding Vendors! Our preferred vendors are the best Petaluma has to offer. Enjoy special offers and pricing from many on our list. Catering (including alcohol) and DJ services are contracted separately. Clients choose from a list of preferred and approved vendors. Pricing is seasonal. Please provide dates of interest for an exact quote. You may cancel your event without penalty up to 90 days in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll introduce our beautiful space to you through virtual tours or site visits, discussing possibilities as well as limitations. We have a simple contracting process. No hidden fees or surprise costs. A 50% deposit will secure your date.
