- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate of $80.00 per hour for my time. Any resources that are brought into do work, such as designers or programmers, are billed according to how many hours are needed. This is a very cost effective way of getting work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I LISTEN to what their goals, concerns, uncertainties, and opportunities are. I will ask questions to understand, and the conversation usually unfolds naturally. It's important that this conversation reveal not only the work that is needed and why, but that there is a core compatibility to be able to accomplish the work in partnership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience in the industry.
